MV Salads, a cherished wellness and culinary hub nestled on Martha’s Vineyard, is proud to introduce its inaugural story cookbook, "Made with Kindness - Tales & Tastes from MV Salads on Martha’s Vineyard". Authored by Susanna Herlitz-Ferguson, the founder of MV Salads, the book is a delightful fusion of heartwarming narratives and mouthwatering Mediterranean diet recipes that celebrate the island's rich culinary heritage. With stunning photographs capturing the essence of Martha’s Vineyard by local photographer Larry Glick, the book offers readers a visual feast alongside its culinary delights. Featuring 18 Mediterranean diet recipes carefully crafted to promote a healthy lifestyle and longevity, each dish is a testament to the vibrant flavors and fresh ingredients that define Martha’s Vineyard cuisine. From appetizers like Baked Feta with Figs and Olives to wholesome main courses such as Fire-Roasted Swordfish over Couscous, the recipes are designed to inspire home cooks to infuse their kitchens with the flavors of the island.
